Being still very new in her job, Ms. Nina has shown a great deal of talent and space for improvement. Her cheerfulness has enabled her to adapt to her new working environment. She admits that she is happy and contented with her work now, but still has a lot more to learn to improve her work quality.

Her day-to-day tasks are maintaining existing clients in the travel segment and she does this by doing regular visits. So far, she claimed not having any complaints giving us the impression that she can do her job well. She faces a big challenge to reach the designated monthly target/revenue. She realizes that she is not able to accomplish this alone, which is why she believes in teamwork and cooperates with her group to reach the target. She reports her progress to the F & B Manager. Ms. Ira appears as a hard intense worker who constantly prefers to finish tasks as best as she can. She is willing to stay in the office until late night to get things done. She displays such work spirit to prove her dedication and responsibilities to the job.

Mr. Jack is able to attend to a number of tasks simultaneously. He practices delegation of tasks to his subordinates, monitors their tasks in detail, but ultimately he is still in control. He displays an increasing interest in personally handling details of a project or situation. He enjoys his job and is a “smart worker” rather than a hard worker. According to him, he has been able to achieve more than his target sales twice. At present, his contentment and joy he has for his job is highly evident.

Mr. Jack admits to be a strict and controlling leader. He shows a high level of confidence in exercising his leadership role and authority. He is highly pragmatic and bases his decisions on the most logical of reasons. He characterizes himself to be a quick decision maker and a risk taker. Despite these positive indicators however, it appears that Mr. Jack is not able to portray this role confidently as he is new in the working environment and is still adjusting to the situation. Mr. Herry was “fresh from the oven” when he started in Sun Jaya’s Personnel Department. As a daily worker, he was a persistent young graduate who was tasked to organize the hotel’s employee data base. As he climbed the organizational ladder, he demonstrated hard work and coped with the challenges in personnel especially the never ending labor union issues. After almost ten years, he achieved his career goal as Personnel Manager although, he laments that his salary is not commensurate to the workload. In spite of that, Mr. Herry works with dedication and is highly committed to his tasks.
