Being still very new in her job, Ms. Nina has shown a great deal of talent and space for improvement. Her cheerfulness has enabled her to adapt to her new working environment. She admits that she is happy and contented with her work now, but still has a lot more to learn to improve her work quality.

Her day-to-day tasks are maintaining existing clients in the travel segment and she does this by doing regular visits. So far, she claimed not having any complaints giving us the impression that she can do her job well. She faces a big challenge to reach the designated monthly target/revenue. She realizes that she is not able to accomplish this alone, which is why she believes in teamwork and cooperates with her group to reach the target. She reports her progress to the F & B Manager. Ms. Ira appears as a hard intense worker who constantly prefers to finish tasks as best as she can. She is willing to stay in the office until late night to get things done. She displays such work spirit to prove her dedication and responsibilities to the job.

Mr. Herry was “fresh from the oven” when he started in Sun Jaya’s Personnel Department. As a daily worker, he was a persistent young graduate who was tasked to organize the hotel’s employee data base. As he climbed the organizational ladder, he demonstrated hard work and coped with the challenges in personnel especially the never ending labor union issues. After almost ten years, he achieved his career goal as Personnel Manager although, he laments that his salary is not commensurate to the workload. In spite of that, Mr. Herry works with dedication and is highly committed to his tasks. Mr. Andy is a persistent worker who prefers to do his tasks one by one until it is completely done. A hard worker, he will pour out his energy and concentration to be able to complete his tasks satisfactorily. He claims himself as a fast worker who does not like postponing work assignments. Mr. Andy is already happy in the current position. He tries his best to work according to company’s rules and procedures.

Mr. Andy is a practical worker who mostly uses his past experience in handling his tasks. He considers himself as fast in anticipating daily work problems, which mostly related to hotel facility. He mentions the time when a Japanese guest wants to have another room to take a bath because the water is brown. He apologized then instructed the GRO to move the guest so that he will not complain. Mr. Andy is concerned about his work details and people may see him as too fussy when it comes to details. He says that he does not mind personally handling detailed work himself to ensure its accuracy and completeness. He is flexible and is likely to tolerate lack of order when managing his tasks and activities. He will set up his schedule but will be able to allow any changes if the situation calls for.
